About Ann Gowing…

Your well being is my passion
I have lived, breathed and worked in the health and fitness industry all my life as a teacher, manager, trainer and wellness consultant.

I have been dedicated to teaching Yoga and Pilates for over 25 years.

Having lived in Asia most of my adult life, I feel blessed to have experienced Eastern Cultures first hand and these lands of ancient holistic self-care systems, soul and rituals. These experiences gained from my travels and life-long study of Eastern cultures and modern day wellness practices are what allow me to authentically blend practices in an integrated, life enriching way.

I teach only from ‘lived’ experiences that I have ‘pathed’. Practices that will mentally, physically and emotionally help you on a journey to discover a deeper state of ease, calm, balance, health and wholeness.

My intention as a teacher:
To inspire and motivate others to feel and function better. To learn how to compassionately take care of the mind, body and heart. To feel more resourced and resilient to negative stress and more fully present to life.

Spinal health, mindful movements and grounding practices for emotional stability are a key focus to my teachings. My teachings are authentic, appropriate and always personally experienced.
