Your Wellbeing Is My Passion
With over 30 years of international experience, Ann creates thoughtful and deeply considered experiences that supportspeople to build functional strength, move with ease, cultivate inner stability and enjoy meaningful connection.
Her journey into yoga began through spiritual inquiry and travel in India in her early twenties. Since then, her work has been informed by living in South East Asia for over 20 years, a lifelong meditation practice, decades of international study and a deep respect for the meeting point between contemplative traditions and modern science.
Ann has held senior roles within internationally recognised wellness and hospitality environments, including consultancy work with the Mandarin Oriental Group and programme development for COMO Shambhala Estate, Bali. Her experience spans Asia, Europe and the UK, where she has led retreats, workshops, teacher trainings and collaborative wellbeing initiatives.
Ann’s teaching philosophy:
I work by a simple rule.
I do not teach what I have not lived or practised.
I leave trends alone.
I do not chase what is fashionable or loud.
I stay with what lasts.
Ancient wisdom.
Modern science.
Practices that have stood the test of time.
I remain a practitioner first.
Always.
